The Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium in Dharamsala will host the Punjab Kings (PBKS) vs. Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) match on May 4. The game is slated to start at 7:30 PM IST and is the second leg of a doubleheader.
The two teams will play for the second time in the 2025 Indian Premier League. Prabhsimran Singh, Shreyas Iyer, and Nehal Wadhera all had excellent batting performances in their previous match, which saw PBKS win by eight wickets in Lucknow. With six victories, PBKS is now in fourth place in the standings and will try to exploit home field advantage to get closer to a postseason berth.
With five victories and five defeats, LSG’s campaign has been inconsistent. In order to stay in the running for the playoffs, the team led by Rishabh Pant, who has struggled with consistency, will frantically need to win.
In addition to being one of PBKS’s home venues for the competition this year, the HPCA Stadium in Dharamsala will host the opening game of the 2025 Indian Premier League.
