Rishabh Pant, the wicketkeeper-batsman for India, has been rehabilitating admirably, sacrificing his all to return to form. Due to injuries sustained in a near-fatal automobile accident in December 2022, the child has been sidelined. Notably, he was declared out for the 2023 Indian Premier League (IPL) season, and David Warner was appointed captain of Delhi Capitals (DC) in his absence.
Rishabh Pant has always updated his followers and loved ones on his recovery and health.
Typically, he provided updates via social media by uploading short videos or photographs. In March of this year, he uploaded a video to Instagram showing him striding in a swimming pool as part of his rehabilitation.
As part of his rehabilitation, the cricketer recently posted a picture of himself at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru on his official Instagram account. The 25-year-old cricketer posted a picture of his injured leg while he rested on a hospital cot with an attendant in front of him. “Top Man #NCA,” he wrote as the Instagram story’s caption.
Rishabh Pant witnessed the IPL 2023 match between the Delhi Capitals and Gujarat Titans (GT) at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi during the month of April. He drove to the stadium and then walked leisurely towards the stands. Later, he was captured on camera observing the game from the stands.
In DC’s inaugural match of the IPL 2023 against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), the team hung the No. 17 jersey of their regular captain on the roof of the dugout to signify that he is “always with the team in spirit.”
DC is presently last in the IPL 2023 standings, having won only two of their seven matches. On April 24, they defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad. On April 29 in Delhi, both teams will meet again in their next scheduled match.
