MS Dhoni’s illustrious cricket career is about to come to an end. Many speculations suggest that the Indian Premier League 2024, which is currently underway, may be his final one. With his performances across India, the former captain of the Chennai Super Kings is winning over fans like crazy. Cricket player Rahmanullah Gurbaz from Afghanistan is one such admirer; following the game in Chennai, he had the player sign his bat.
In Match 22, Kolkata Knight Riders and CSK squared off at the MA Chidambaram Stadium. Despite losing the match by seven wickets, KKR’s wicketkeeper batsman had every cause to be happy. Gurbaz posted a photo of himself with Dhoni on social media. He was seen in the photo clutching a bat with Captain Cool’s autograph and the words “Best Wishes for Gurbaz” written on it.
“Cease obsessing over the past. Give up pondering about the future. Simply be happy and present in the moment!Gurbaz tagged the post on “X” with, “MS.”

Rahmanullah Gurbaz maximizing his time in India
Gurbaz is having a great time while he is in India. He has gained widespread recognition throughout the nation because of the IPL. He was seen showing his batting gloves to young fans in the most recent video that the KKR posted. Even the distinct neighborhoods of the various cities are being explored by him. In one such instance, he rode in an autorickshaw with a local driver and they developed a cordial friendship.
In reference to KKR, they had not lost in the competition prior to Sunday’s loss to Chennai. They delivered an early blow when asked to bat first, as their top order fell apart. They scored a pitiful 137 runs in the game and were unable to mount a comeback. With seven wickets remaining, CSK overcame the opposition and delivered them their first IPL 2024 loss.
