The impetus Harmanpreet Kaur and Richa Ghosh showed after the rain pause helped them get some 10-15 runs extra. In reply, the bowlers started well not by taking wickets regularly but by keeping a lid on the run flow. That put a lot of pressure on Bangladesh Women and they gifted away wickets to all the bowlers except Sadhu. A comfortable win in the end for India.

The top order contributed the most before this game and the home team were expected to give a blistering start but no one made an impact. All the batters struggled and it never felt like Bangladesh Women would even sniff for a win here.
