India defeated New Zealand in the U19 World Cup on Tuesday, January 30, at Mangaung Oval in Bloemfontein with a commanding 214-run victory under the leadership of Musheer, Sarfaraz Khan’s younger brother.
Musheer Khan smashed thirteen fours and three sixes in his amazing 131 runs off just 126 balls.
His famous helicopter shot, which drew analogies to the renowned Indian skipper MS Dhoni’s sixes, went viral on social media. When he was batting on 114 of 117 balls in the 46th over of India’s innings, the right-handed hitter struck the previously mentioned six off Mason Clarke off the opening ball.
