The bowling from the Arabians was good and they tried very hard but oe feels that the target was a little too low to defend. They made a good game out of it though and if they had scored a little more with the bat, they might have even won the game. Yamin Ahmadzai was the pick of the bowlers as he picked up two wickets. Overall, it was a poor performance and they will be pretty disappointed. Stay tuned for the presentation ceremony.
The Qalandars would have liked to get the chase earlier but they lost 6 wickets and there were some nervous moments in the chase but they managed to get their in the end and register their 4th consecutive win on the board. They lost Tom Banton early but Sharjeel Khan, Sohail Akhtar and Ben Dunk ensured that they will get there. They lost some quick wickets towards the end but they will be pretty pleased with their effort.
A comfortable win then for the Qalandars! To be honest, 102 was never going to be a challenging task. Yes, they did lose wickets at regular intervals but a couple of good innings is what they needed and they got three, one from Dunk, one from Sohail and the other from Sharjeel. Overall, they outplayed the Arabians in all three departments.
