Northern Superchargers had runs on the board thanks to Nicholas Pooran fine knock. In reply, they bowled really well at the top. Making it hard for Oval Invincibles to strike early on. Then Harry Brook used his spinners in tandem, only when Donovan Ferreira was batting, Brook had to use his brain but that too not for long. A comfortable win in the end for Northern Superchargers and Men's and Women's both have done the double over Oval.
A crucial win for Northern Superchargers and they have beaten Oval Invincibles in some syle. There was not much intent from Oval Invincibles though. Only Donovan Ferreira showed some character and kept the hopes alive but once he fell it never felt like the win was on the cards for Oval. Even in the start, Malan, Jacks, Sam Billings, all struggled to get things going. It just didn't happen for them with the bat today. Credit to Northern Superchargers overall.
