Mumbai Indians Women (MUM-W) defeated Delhi Capitals Women (DC-W) by an eight-run margin in the Women’s Premier League (WPL 2025) final. They won their second championship in three years with this.
Marizanne Kapp made a spectacular start to the proceedings. After the first six overs, Delhi had Mumbai at 20/2 and in serious difficulty. By the end of the seventh over of the match, Kapp had completed her four-over performance. In four overs, her stats showed an impressive 2/11.
