Corbin Bosch smashed a handful of stunning smashes in the 56th match of the IPL 2025 between Gujarat Titans and Mumbai Indians at the legendary Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Tuesday, May 6. The lower-order hitter played a fantastic hand and scored 27 runs in 22 balls, which drove MI to a score of 155/8 on the board. His valuable knock occurred when MI had a collapse.

Bosch walked out to bat as MI was reduced from 97/2 after 10.3 overs to 113/6 after 13.5 overs. In no time, the home team was on the back foot in the match. That was when Bosch entered the midfield and sought to salvage his team from further drifting away in the game. Hence, he conscientiously batted till the last two of overs of MI’s innings.

Prasidh Krishna bowled the penultimate over of the innings for GT. The right-arm pacer bowled somewhat short at 144.5 kmph on the opening ball. Bosch spotted the length early, stood strong on his feet, moved the weight of his body and struck a dominating pull shot towards deep midwicket to collect six runs.

After being struck for a six off a short delivery, Krishna went fuller on the next one, as any bowler would. Bosch tried a bold reverse scoop after carefully planning the move and accurately predicting the line and length.
