When discussing Dhoni’s behaviour on the field, Devgn emphasized that it is impossible to understand the wicketkeeper batter’s inner thoughts. Additionally, he said that even the worst circumstances could inspire hope when Dhoni is around. Co-star Priya Mani chimed in, saying that Devgn, a former captain of CSK, ought to continue batting in his current position.

As captain of CSK, MS Dhoni resigned.
Before the IPL 2024 season began, the former captain of India resigned from his role as captain of CSK. As the captain, Ruturaj Gaikwad was chosen. Additionally, he has expertise coaching the youthful Indian squad to the gold medal in the 2023 Asian Games. It is noteworthy that CSK earlier named Ravindra Jadeja as captain in an attempt to test out the captaincy role. Jadeja, though, chose to stick with being a player.
