The BCCI has invited bids from reputable organizations to participate in the Indian Premier League‘s (IPL 2023) Closing Ceremony, which will take place at a location of their choosing.
After the two qualifiers and the eliminator, the final of the 2023 competition will be held on May 28 in Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium. Eliminator and Qualifier 1 will be held in Chennai on May 23 and 24, respectively, and Qualifier 2 will be held in Ahmedabad on May 26, according to the Indian board’s April 21 announcement of the Playoffs schedule.
The ‘Request for Proposal’ (“RFP”), which will be made available upon receipt of payment of a non-refundable fee of INR 1,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Lakh Only) plus any applicable Goods and Services Tax, contains the specific terms and conditions governing the tender process, including eligibility requirements, the procedure for submitting bids, rights and obligations, etc. The steps to obtain the RFP papers are indicated in this notice’s Annexure A. Up until April 27, 2023, the RFP will be for sale.
According to the steps outlined in Annexure A, interested parties are asked to email rfp@bcci.tv the specifics of the money they made to obtain the RFP. It is made clear that the RFP documents can only be distributed after payment of the non-refundable RFP fee has been confirmed.
The RFP must be purchased if a potential bidder wants to participate. To submit a proposal, a candidate must, however, meet the requirements outlined in the RFP and be subject to all other terms and restrictions specified therein. It is made clear that no one has the right to submit a proposal simply by purchasing the RFP.
Without giving a justification, BCCI maintains the right to end or alter the bidding process at any time.
