Virat Kohli, the flamboyant Indian batter, posted pictures of his new appearance on social media in advance of the key Asia Cup 2023. Notably, the ACC competition is scheduled to start on Wednesday, August 30, with a match between Pakistan and Nepal serving as the opening match at the Multan Cricket Stadium.
Team India has started their Asia Cup preparations in full stride while attending a five-day skill-enhancement camp in Alur, Karnataka. In advance of the ACC event, which Pakistan and Sri Lanka will co-host, former India cricketer Kohli released photos of his new appearance on Instagram.
Along with Alfahad Ahmed, Kohli was pictured showing off his new haircut and expressing his appreciation for the latter.

The 34-year-old batsman will play in the Asia Cup when the Men in Blue open their campaign against their arch-rivals Pakistan on September 2 at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium in Kandy, Sri Lanka. In a multi-format series that just ended, Kohli last appeared in the opening ODI game against the West Indies.
The daring right-hander, though, was denied the chance to bat as India easily won the match with five wickets and 163 balls left. Speaking of the national squad, Jasprit Bumrah, KL Rahul, and Shreyas Iyer will all make their ACC debuts after recovering from their individual injuries.
Notably, during the three-match T20I series against Ireland, Bumrah made his long-awaited return to the international stage. While Hardik Pandya has been designated as Rohit Sharma’s deputy for the occasion, Sharma will still be in charge of the setup.
The think tank will experiment with numerous lineups in an effort to assemble a core team in time for the 2023 ODI World Cup, which will take place in India in October. The Men in Blue will also compete in a three-match ODI series against Australia before to the premier ICC tournament, which is set to start on September 22.
