While the bowlers performed admirably in the first innings, restricting the KKR batting order to a below-average total, it was the batting that nearly cost them the game. Ganguly anticipated that the batters would have an easier time against Sunrisers Hyderabad in Hyderabad due to the batting-friendly surface.

“We bowled well earlier in the season as well. However, the batting is the problem. We must examine our past actions and determine how we can improve. We exert great effort with the lads to get them back in shape. Manish, Prithvi, or Mitch Marsh. They have been key members of their respective teams for some time.
