So that is it from this game, we have another game going on in the BBL between Sydney Thunder and Melbourne Renegades. Cameron Boyce has got 4 wickets in 4 balls and the match has turned on its head! Quickly head to that matchcentre to catch all the action. While the last game of the group stage will see Melbourne Stars take on Hobart Hurricanes. That will begin at 2:20 pm IST (8:50 am GMT). Till then, Adios!
Daniel Hughes is the Player of the Match, he says that they did well today. Mentions that Moises Henriques is a great person and he looks after everyone very well. Mentions that he is a good leader. Tells that he tries to stay calm and has played well for the Sixers. Informs that it is just another game of cricket and staying calm is the key to success.
Sydney Sixers did the job. There were few hiccups in the middle phase but the bowlers came back strongly after taking a trouncing and letting it slip midway. The partnership of Bryant and Peirson took the game away a bit but Steve O'Keefe came into the attack and took the big wicket of Peirson. After that Bryant fell and then it was just bearing through the proceedings. Hayden Kerr was the pick of the bowlers as he scalped three wickets. Good comeback showed from the bowlers in the end.
A story of two halves - Heat were 52/4 during the drinks break and with Chris Lynn, Marnus Labuschagne, Ben Duckett all perished. It looked like there is only one winner but Max Bryant and Jimmy Peirson showed a good fight as they counter-attacked and then all the pressure was on the bowlers. Both stitched a partnership of 84 and were cruising to victory and felt like they will do the job but things began slowing down and both the batters perished in the end. A good fight shown from the Heat and they end their tournament on the losing side.
Four crucial points for Sydney Sixers and for now they will stand in the second position. It looks like the net run rate will come into play but the Sixers are well ahead in that department too. A good performance overall from Sydney Sixers.

NOT OUT! A low full toss, on middle. James Bazley hangs back and wrists it to deep mid-wicket. He comes back for the second run. The throw is at the bowler's end. Hayden Kerr whips the bails off. The umpire take it upstairs as they weren't sure if it was a clean run out. Replay shows that the whips were bailed off even before Hayden Kerr collected the ball. So, James Bazley will stay at the crease.
