Rovman Powell says he is pretty satisfied with the performance, especially after they struggled with the bat last time around but they have began really well. Saint Lucia never looked like chasing this down as they came out attacking but lost many wickets in the process as can happen when you are chasing a target of over 250. Only Tim David got some runs and he looked really solid out in the middle. Wahab Riaz supported him well but the target was too big.
A majestic performance from Jamaica Tallawahs as they have started their campaign with a bang. They have been brilliant and deserve this victory. Saint Lucia, on the other hand, would be disappointed with their performance but this is just their first game and they can make a comeback later.
