He adds that Shuvagata Hom batted well and took the pressure away from him. He mentions that Rubel Hossain bowled well in the start and Andre Russell and Isuru Udana bowled well too and overall it was a good all-around effort. He mentions that they need to come back fresh in the next game and play well.
Shakib Al Hasan, the skipper of Fortune Barishal, says the wicket was sticking earlier and got better later. Adds that they should have batted better. Tells that in the day games, it has been a low scoring ones and the next match is a night game, so they will try and put a better score. Mentions that they managed to take 4 wickets and should have tried to kill the game there but failed to do so.
... The Presentation ...
Earlier in the day, Fortune Barishal were off to a sloppy start and they reached to a respectful total courtesy of handy cameos from Chris Gayle and Dwayne Bravo. Their bowlers did really well in the start but failed to create a breakthrough later. In the end, it was a comprehensive win for Minister Group Dhaka.
Fortune Barishal were all over Minister Group Dhaka and at one point it looked like this below-par total will be enough to ask questions. But one partnership took the game away and then there was no coming back. Shafiqul Islam and Alzarri Joseph started with a bang with both scalping two wickets each but as the ball stopped to move, the batters composed themselves and Fortune Barishal failed to get a breakthrough. They found one through Dwayne Bravo off Shuvagata Hom but that was too late.
From 10/4 to 79/5. Minister Group Dhaka knew they were a big partnership away to get things back on track and Mahmudullah and Shuvagata Hom did really well to just calm things down after the shaky start they had. The top-order failed miserably and then the 5th wicket partnership made 69 runs and then Minister Group Dhaka were cruising to victory. Hom fell after playing a beautiful knock but Andre Russell showed his power as he made sure there are no more turnarounds.
So, Minister Group Dhaka open their points account. Not the best performance from the bat but the middle order, especially the skipper Mahmudullah made sure that they go back home with two points.

OUT! CAUGHT! Mahmudullah departs with his team just a run away! Slightly shorter length delivery on off. Mahmudullah goes back and punches it towards covers. He punches it aerially and the ball goes straight into the hands of Dwayne Bravo at covers. What an innings this has been from the skipper, he has played a captain's knock here. He will be happy with his performance but would have loved to finish this chase off. Shakib Al Hasan gets his 400th wicket in T20s but his team is going to end on a losing side today.
