A gifted leg-spinner of Indian descent, Vishwa Ramkumar has been nominated by Cricket Australia to the Australian squad for the forthcoming Under-19 Men’s Tour of India. Following in the footsteps of Harjas Singh and Harkirat Bajwa, who both competed for Australia in the 2024 ICC Men’s Under 19 World Cup in February, is Ramkumar.
Beginning in September, a multi-format series in India will feature the 16-player team, which was chosen by the Youth Selection Panel in association with State Talent Managers. Australia’s next World Cup cycle will begin with the tour, which consists of two four-day games and three 50-over matches.

After winning the 2024 ICC Men’s Under 19 World Cup without losing and defeating India by 79 runs in the championship match, the Australian team go into the series with confidence.
