With a three-match T20I series against Ireland beginning on Friday, August 18, Team India is prepared to continue their white-ball duties. Star bowler Jasprit Bumrah will captain team India in a three-match series, which is fantastic news for the guests. The ICC published artwork of Bumrah with Lord of the Rings-inspired elements.
The premier bowler has been out of the running for selection for more than a year, so Bumrah’s comeback would be fantastic for India. Bumrah, who suffered a stress fracture in his lower back, missed the 16th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL), the T20I World Cup, and the Asia Cup 2022 as a result of his injury. The ICC shared a stunning graphic on Twitter as the famous pacer made his long-awaited return, which has finally come to pass.
ICC captioned the picture, “Coming soon.”

Team India seeks to avenge its West Indies series failure.
The three-match series between Team India and Ireland will be their first since they lost the five-match T20I series against the West Indies recently. India dropped the first two games of the series, a terrible start that they quickly overcame.
Following victories in the third and fourth games, India lost the fifth and final T20I. India will be motivated to play better in the series against Ireland after losing the last match 3-2. They want to finish the tour on a high note following this setback.
All eyes will be on the star bowler Jasprit Bumrah, who is playing his maiden international match after a lengthy absence. The Indian team won the toss for the opening T20I and decided to bowl first in Malahide.
