The UP Warriors defeated the Gujarat Giants by six wickets on Friday at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru, giving them their second straight victory in the WPL 2024. The Warriorz took 15.4 overs to successfully hunt down the target of 143.

“Obviously our win over Mumbai because it was our first win of the season,” said Deepti Sharma when asked about the most significant victory of the season thus far. Mumbai is also a positive aspect. Your confidence increases with each stronger squad you defeat.”
