In advance of the 2023 Caribbean Premier League (CPL), three teams have announced their fifth foreign player. The Jamaica Tallawahs will welcome Australian all-rounder Ben Cutting. 2018’s St. Kitts & Nevis Patriots were Ben Cutting’s previous team to compete in the CPL. He will add strong batting and quality bowling to the Tallawahs team thanks to his experience in the top T20 competitions in the world.
The Patriots of St. Kitts and Nevis will welcome Tristan Stubbs. Stubbs is a strong hitter with recent international experience for South Africa. He has played in T20 competitions in England, India, and his home country of South Africa. This dynamic player will provide the Patriots’ squad with firepower.
Saim Ayub, a Pakistani international cricket T20 batter, will join the Guyana Amazon Warriors. He will be a huge asset to the Amazon Warriors because of his track record of success. Rahmanullah Gurbaz won’t be able to play in all of this year’s CPL, according to the Amazon Warriors, due to international commitments. For that time, Mohammad Haris, a Pakistani international, would take Gurbaz’s spot.
