These players were not included in the T20I squad. Regretfully, Deepak Chahar has been ruled out of the series; Akash Deep will take his place.

The Proteas side will be captained by Aiden Markram in Temba Bavuma absence. Those who were not included in the T20I squad, such as Tony de Zorzi, Rassie van der Dussen, Kyle Verreynne, Mihlali Mpongwana, and Wiaan Mulder, have joined the ODI team.
