On June 13, at the Arnos Vale Ground in Kingstown, Bangladesh faced the Netherlands in Match 27 of the T20 World Cup 2024. The Netherlands chose to bowl first after winning the toss. They substituted Aryan Dutt for Teja Nidamanuru, one of their key changes to the starting lineup. Bangladesh, on the other side, has selected an identical starting lineup for the match.
Teja’s performance against South Africa in the previous game was dismal. Batting at number seven, he was removed for a duck after failing to make an impact. Aryan, a spinner, is another addition to the Netherlands’ bowling arsenal. He performed well for the squad in the 2023 World Cup in India. The Kingstown pitch is expected to help spinners, and the Dutch have made a daring move by selecting an extra bowler.
“We’re going to start with a bowl. Not many international matches have been held here in recent years. Since we have been playing excellent cricket, our boys are looking forward to it. At the toss, Edwards declared, “Aryan Dutt is in for Teja Nidamanuru.”

“Being first is fine with me. Seems like a solid wicket. We need to exercise caution with the new ball. Rishad is really thrilling; fortunately, we have a leg up. Hope he keeps up the good work. Shanto declared at the toss, “No changes, same XI.”
