The third Twenty20 International between South Africa and Centurion will mark the debut of all-rounder Ramandeep Singh for his country. On Wednesday, November 13, he came into the Indian playing XI in place of Avesh Khan. India chose to play an extra batter following a subpar performance in Gqeberha, and captain Suryakumar Yadav confirmed the move. Suryakumar spoke on the same thing, saying that despite Avesh’s strong performance, he had to make the difficult choice and that they had to sacrifice one bowler.
While all was going on, Ramandeep had a great time playing for the Kolkata Knight Riders in the most recent Indian Premier League, making 125 runs at a strike rate of 201.61 in nine innings. He can be a useful alternative even though he hasn’t bowled in the competition. He recently played in the Emerging Asia Cup for India A, where he also scored a half-century against Afghanistan.
There is one change: Ramandeep makes his first appearance. “Avesh Khan has performed admirably for us, but one of the two bowlers had to give up something,” Suryakumar remarked at the toss.
The addition of Ramandeep has made India’s lower middle order appear to be stacked. Rinku Singh is slated to bat at number six, Hardik Pandya at number five, and the all-rounder, who bats above Axar at number seven. Arshdeep and Hardik will be in charge of taking wickets with the new ball, thus the visitors’ bowling unit appears a little vulnerable without Avesh.
However, South Africa changed one player in their starting lineup. To maintain the momentum and gain the lead in the series, Lutho Sipamla has been substituted for Nqabayomzi Peter in the encounter. In the meantime, Markram, the captain, discussed the conditions and the state of his team. The hosts will bowl first.
“We’re going to bowl first once more. The wicket appears fine. We weren’t nearly at our best. We’re not moving very fast. The bowlers performed admirably in the last match. Instead of being overly desperate,

the hitters should spend time in the middle. Markram stated, “We hope to do something exceptional tonight and have complete faith in our batting unit.”
