On June 29, Team India and South Africa faced off in the T20 World Cup 2024 Final at the Kensington Oval in Barbados. After winning the toss, India chose to bat first. Axar Patel’s tenacious 47 runs and Virat Kohli’s valiant 76 runs helped India record a respectable 176 on the scoreboard.

In the eighteenth over, he picked up speed and hit Kagiso Rabada for a six and a boundary. Before leaving, he faced off against Marco Jansen and scored a maximum and another boundary. Before the game, Rohit had predicted a huge innings from Kohli.
