Rohit Sharma and company made a strong start in the first innings, setting the stage for the intense match between Pakistan and India.
Pakistan and India But in the middle of the match, Pakistan captain Babar Azam and Haris Rauf got into a fairly amusing argument after the latter filed an LBW plea.
When bowler Haris faced KL Rahul in the 24th over’s fifth ball, the event happened. Haris then made a strong appeal by raising his finger and saying, “Out hai (That’s out)” to his captain after believing he had Rahul trapped for an LBW.
The umpire and Babar, however, did not consider the appeal because the skipper had informed Haris that height had proven to be a significant factor. Following the event in the same over, Haris and wicketkeeper Mohammad Rizwan could be seen laughing briefly.
