Salman Butt, a former batter for Pakistan, predicted that team India’s series defeat by the West Indies would undermine their self-belief before the important Asia Cup and the 2023 ODI World Cup. Notably, the Windies defeated the Men in Blue by eight wickets in the fifth T20I, and as a result, they dropped the series 2-3.
Former cricketer Salman Butt reviewed the match and made a pretty bold claim that the Men in Blue will be affected by the defeat, which will undermine their confidence moving forward, in the run-up to the main ODI games, commencing with the Asia Cup on August 30.
