TERMS OF USE

DEFINITION

The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy serve as a binding contract between you and us. Our users must abide by the Terms and Conditions linked to the usage of the website or app in order to enjoy our Services. Therefore, before downloading our program from the Android or iOS store, we suggest you to read all sections of the T&C.

You signify that you agree to abide by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy by accessing our Mobile App or using our Services. You are not permitted to use the program or register as a user if you do not agree to our Legal conditions.

• The phrase “App” refers to an android app that may be downloaded through Google Play.
• The service that you can utilize to get the App is referred to as “Google Play”.
• The individual who has agreed to this Agreement in order to download and use the App is referred to as the “User” or “You” or “Your”.
• Unless otherwise specified, every reference to the “singular” implies the plural and vice versa, and any reference to “one gender” denotes the other gender(s) as well.

HOW DO WE OPERATE?

In accordance with our Legal Terms, we want to offer the most recent sports news articles in a 60-word format that have been downloaded from the original source, a third-party news portal.

In order to provide real-time information on sports results, we provide live scorecards and videos.

Regarding the reliability and usability of any third-party software that might be used in conjunction with the Mobile App, we make no representations, guarantees, or commitments of any kind.

REGISTRATION

• When using our services, the user must give his or her consent and disclose that they have read the T&C and agree to abide by the rules outlined by us.
• If you have not registered with us, you are not permitted access to some places. You might need to register first in order to access all the services on the Mobile App.
• The information you give us should be accurate, and if you need to modify any of your current information, you might need to let us know. At our sole discretion, we have the right to deny any registration request without providing a reason.
• Because we are not accountable to you or anyone else for illegal use of your ID, you must not permit anyone else to access the program using your user ID.
• You probably aren’t eligible to register if your user ID has previously been terminated.
• Your username and password must be kept private at all times, and you must never share them.
• You are able to access Third Party material that we provide once you register and create your profile on the application. You do not need to register separately for each service.
• It is strictly forbidden to send chain emails, spam, or reuse any objectionable or copyrighted content.

PRIVACY POLICY

• The duties established in our Privacy Policy protect the personal information. You give us permission to handle your personal information when you accept our privacy statement.
• The content that Cricket Mood produces is constrained by geographic restrictions. So, when a new user downloads the application, we ask them for their location.

SEEKING YOUR APPROVAL

• By downloading or installing the app on your device and using any device to access the app’s content, you agree to and accept this Agreement.
• Your acceptance is only acknowledged after you have the legal right and mental capacity to enter into a contract with us in accordance with Your use of the application.

AGREEMENT

• The goal of our Agreement Clause is to formalize the understanding between Us and You regarding how you will use the application and how it will be provided. The agreement set out in our Legal Terms is limited to the understanding derived from all prior discussions, dealings, and communications, whether oral or written. This supersedes all previous discussions pertaining to the topics covered by the Legal Terms.
• Any violation of this Agreement will make you liable in court. You are in charge in upholding your moral standards while utilizing the App and dealing with the repercussions that follow.
  A lawful enforceable provision that closely fits the original provision’s intent will take its place if any section of the Agreement is found to be invalid.
• Regarding a violation of this Agreement by You or others, We elect to forego taking significant action. However, just because we did not exercise our right does not preclude us from taking action in response to subsequent violations.

GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM

If someone feels that (i) any Content violates these Terms (other than an infringement of intellectual property rights) for the reporting mechanism for such claims, (ii) access to the Platform, or (iii) any Content that is, at first glance, in the nature of any material that is offensive, defamatory toward them or any person on whose behalf they are making the complaint, or is in the nature of impersonation in an electronic form, including artificially morphed impersonation . please write it to: support@cricketmood.com

It should be noted that the complaint or grievance filed by the complainant must have the following information: (i) Complainant’s name and contact details, including address, contact number and email address; (ii) Complainant’s relation to the subject matter of the issue raised, i.e. complainant or person acting on behalf of an affected person; (iii) The name and age of the person aggrieved or affected by the subject matter of the complaint, in case one is acting on behalf of such person and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that he/she is authorised to act on behalf of such person and to provide such person’s personal information to us in relation to the complaint/grievance; (iv) Description of the complaint or grievance with clear identification of the Content in relation to which such complaint or grievance is made; (v) A statement that one believes, in good faith, that the Content violates these Terms (vi) A statement that the information provided in the complaint or grievance is accurate.

The Company respects the Intellectual Property Rights of others. In case, there is any name, logo, mark, label, trademark, copyright or intellectual and proprietary right on the Platform belonging to any person (including User), entity or third party, it will be recognized as proprietary to the respective owners. One is requested to send us a written notice/intimation if he/she notices any act of infringement on the Platform, which must include the following information: a. A clear identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed; b. A clear identification of the allegedly infringing material on the Platform; c. Complainant’s contact details, including name, address, e-mail address and phone number; d. A statement that one believes, in good faith, that the use of the copyrighted material allegedly infringed on the Platform is not authorized by his/her agent or the law; e. A statement that the information provided in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the signatory is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive copyright right that is allegedly infringed; f. Complainant’s signature or a signature of his/her authorized agent. The aforesaid notices can be sent to the Company by email at support@cricketmood.com

On receiving such complaint, grievance or notice, the Company reserves the right to investigate and/or take such action as the Company may deem appropriate. The Company may reach out to the Complainant to seek further clarification or assistance with the investigation, or verify the statements made in his/her complaint, grievance or notice, and he/she acknowledges that his/her timely assistance with the investigation would facilitate the redressal of the same.

The Company reserves the right to replace the Grievance Redressal Officer at its discretion through publication of the name and title of such replacement on the website, which replacement shall come into effect immediately upon publication
