Team India is preparing for a number of significant competitions, such as the Asia Cup, T20 World Cup, and Champions Trophy. Ryan ten Doeschate, the assistant coach for India, has discussed the impending difficulties.
India has been batting aggressively against Bangladesh in the current Twenty20 International series. They managed to chase down 128 in just 11.5 overs in the first T20I, and despite early losses, they managed to hit a strong 221 in the second.
“One hundred percent. I believe it’s evident in the way we’ve performed. One excellent example is the Kanpur Test match. We’re attempting to go beyond our collective capabilities. It’s apparent that we possess the necessary skills. Ten Doeschate was reported as saying, “And then it’s about giving the players the belief to do it in a safe space, that if it’s not going right, it’s also okay.”
We desire that the boys step up their game: Ryan ten Doeschate
The coaching staff’s strategy includes fostering a supportive environment in addition to antagonism.
“We hope the boys step up their performance. Our goal is to progress cricket in a way that keeps pace with modern society. Additionally, we want to be ready for the critical times that may arise during the following 18 months. Ten Doeschate continued, “things’s about instilling in the athletes the confidence to try things in a safe environment and that it’s also acceptable if it doesn’t work out.
Going forward, India want to assess their bench strength in the remaining games. Players with international potential include Jitesh Sharma, Tilak Varma, and Harshit Rana. India is getting ready for the last Twenty20 International in Hyderabad, and Ten Doeschate is still wary of depending too much on historical data.
“The team has a good depth, of course; many of the players have IPL experience. With what we have planned, we want to give as many guys as possible exposure to overseas experience. We would therefore be willing to offer someone like Harshit Rana a game.

Tilak [Varma] obviously joined the squad a little later. There’s Jitesh [Sharma] too. We’d like to offer Sanju another opportunity. Thus, possibilities exist,” he said in closing.
