Some of Rohit’s unique qualities as a captain were highlighted by Suryakumar. The 33-year-old claimed that the great cricketer has a strong bond with his teammates and is always there to support them off the pitch.
He has an affinity for the players. He makes friends with everyone, whether they are on the beach, in a hotel room or off the pitch. Players are aware that Rohit will support them in times of need. Suryakumar remarked, “I feel like I have to perform for this man because of the trust and respect he shows everyone.”
In the major event, Suryakumar emerged as India’s second-highest run scorer. He scored 199 runs in eight innings, including a couple of half-centuries, at an average of 28.42 and a strike rate of 135.37.
