In Sunrisers Hyderabad’s most recent victory over the Rajasthan Royals, veteran Indian bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar stole the show. The 50th match of the competition took place on Thursday, May 2, at Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium between the two teams.
With two runs off the last ball, Bhuvneshwar Kumar bowled a stunning closing over. Powell could not reach Kumar’s full toss, and as SRH won the match by a run, Kumar was subsequently removed from the game.
After seeing Kumar’s performance, Pat Cummins, the captain of SRH, praised the veteran pacer on Instagram, saying he enjoyed playing with him. Kumar was selected Player of the Match.

In a thrilling last over, Bhuvneshwar Kumar bowled two runs off the last ball. Kumar threw a full toss that Powell failed to hit, and SRH later removed him as a result of the run victory.
After Kumar won Player of the Match for his efforts, SRH captain Pat Cummins praised the veteran pacer on Instagram, saying he enjoyed playing with him.
“Enjoy playing with this guy! Wonderful comeback with bat and ball to record a wonderful victory,” Pat Cummins wrote as the Instagram caption for a photo he posted with Bhuvneshwar Kumar.
