In the middle of the bat, Rishabh Pant is a flamboyant player, but he also has a lot of energy behind the wickets. His retort to Tim Paine’s “babysitter” taunt in Australia is well known. Against Bangladesh in Kanpur for the second Test, he was at his best. As soon as Mominul Haque batted, he told spinner R Ashwin that an LBW by striking the batter’s head was likely.
Bangladesh’s opening pair, Shadman Islam and Zakir Hassan, were defeated on the first day of the Kanpur Test at the Green Park Stadium. Establishing a collaboration with Najmul Hossain Shanto was Mominul’s primary concern. Pant joked that he may go out with the ball hitting his helmet, pointing to his defence, which was next to the stump height, in an attempt to break his focus.
Here’s the video of Rishabh Pant’s banter:

In the opening session, Mominul Haque scores a point as Bangladesh struggles.
The Kanpur Test’s second and third days were cancelled because to rain and a soggy outfield. Day 4 had favourable weather because the sun was shining brightly. The Indian bowlers made Bangladesh, who had lost three wickets on Day 1, work hard during the first session of Day 4. With 205 runs scored and four wickets in their account, the visitors lost three wickets prior to lunch.
Speaking of Mominul, the southpaw finished the first session unbeaten at 102 off 176, making him the outstanding hitter for Bangladesh.

No other Bangladeshi batsman reached the 30-run threshold save for Shanto’s 31 off 57, therefore Mominul is in dire need of a deputy to take on the formidable Indians.
