Aakash Chopra, a former cricketer for India, is quite pleased with Rinku Singh performance in the current Twenty20 International Series against Australia. The batsman from Aligarh was assigned to form a strong combination with Jitesh Sharma in the fourth Twenty20 International after the Men in Blue lost a few early wickets. In the first few games, he was primarily used as a finisher. Rinku didn’t alter his approach on a difficult track, hitting 46 runs off of 29 deliveries to aid India in scoring 174 runs.
Afterwards, the hosts won the five-match series 3-1 by holding the Matthew Wade-led team to just 154 runs. After the game, Chopra commended Rinku on his YouTube channel, pointing out that the 26-year-old had performed well in every duty that was assigned to him. He batted in the ninth over and remained in the game until the last over, when Jason Behrendorff got the better of him.
Rinku Singh will live on in this series. He was assigned various roles to various positions, and he performed them well.
He was excellent. He can bat anywhere you ask him to. It was his turn to bat in the ninth over here. It was an amazing six that he hit with a reverse sweep. He continued to play but was removed in the twenty-first over. I think he wasn’t alone. It wasn’t fair for the umpire to give it. The batter has the benefit of the doubt, not the umpire, according to Chopra.
Shreyas Iyer didn’t appear like him. Chopra
In his much-anticipated comeback to Twenty20 international cricket, Shreyas Iyer managed to score just eight runs in the fourth Twenty20 match. According to Chopra’s analysis of his innings, he didn’t look quite like himself and wasn’t playing his best fielding either.
“Shreyas Iyer didn’t appear like him. In the field, he was unable to pick up and toss the ball since it was not coming into his hands. Three doubles had arrived in the batting too, followed by an attempt at a monster shot. Chopra said, “Winks fell swiftly, from 50 for no loss to 63/3.
