Parthiv Patel : “Want To See Arshdeep Singh Replace Shardul Thakur Or Mohammed Siraj In 3rd ODI”

Arshdeep Singh should take his ODI debut vs West Indies in the third and final match on July 27 in Trinidad, according to former Indian cricketer Parthiv Patel. The very first two games of the series have already been won by the Men in Blue. On Wednesday, they will now try to sweep the board.

After winning the series, the team’s management gets the opportunity to give some of the team’s unproven players a shot. One of them is Arshdeep Singh, who is on the ODI team. In Southampton’s opening T20I match against England, he made his international debut for India.

Singh has established itself as an expert in the T20 format for India, and Parthiv Patel is interested in seeing if singh can deliver 10 overs in Trinidad’s hot and muggy weather.

“I’d want to see Arshdeep take over for Thakur or Siraj in the bowling assault. I’m interested in seeing Arshdeep’s reaction to batting 10 overs in the humidity. In T20 cricket, we all saw what he is capable of. A left-handed bowler provides you a tiny advantage, according to Patel.

The former Indian batsman also mentioned a few issues that the Indian batsmen should be aware of. He bemoaned the fact that unlike Shai Hope for the West Indies, Indian hitters were unable to turn their beginnings into a three-figure total.
