Nic Maddinson, an Australian cricket player, is always considering going back to play in Test matches. Maddinson, who just finalised a trade to the Sydney Thunder of the BBL, is hoping to revitalise his T20 career upon returning to his home state of New South Wales.
It is noteworthy that Maddinson scored three hundreds for Victoria in three Sheffield Shield matches during the second part of the previous season. In his final three Test matches, Nic Maddinson scored 27 runs in four innings while playing against Pakistan and South Africa in the 2016–17 season.

“I think I’m probably a much better player than I was even three or four years ago. Ten times better, maybe even more. It seemed like we were having trouble scoring shield runs on some of the wickets we were given last year. Although it was never truly my strength, opening the bat was always a fantastic place to bat,” he remarked.
