In an unexpected turn of events, it is purported that a social media video features former Indian cricket captain MS Dhoni smoking a hookah and having fun at a social function. The video shows the two-time World Cup-winning skipper smoking a hookah pipe carelessly while shooting smoke into the air.

Legal action has been filed against Soumya Vishwash and Mihir Diwakar of Aarka Sports and Management Limited, which has added another chapter to Dhoni’s recent story. Under the representation of Dayanand Singh of Vidhi Associates, the cricket legend is claiming that Aarka Sports’ dishonesty and noncompliance have cost him over Rs 15 crore. After they filed a lawsuit, Simant Lohani, a close friend, also reported verbal and physical abuse, as well as threats from Mihir Diwakar.
The current legal unrest corresponds with MS Dhoni’s difficulties, which included knee surgery in June of last year at Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai.
