After overcoming Lucknow in the sixth round of the competition, CSK will now prepare for an exciting showdown against archrivals the Mumbai Indians on April 8 in Mumbai. Rohit Sharma and his teammates will enter the match following a loss to the Royal Challengers Bangalore. When the five-time winners face Chennai, Rohit will be hoping for their first win of the season.
