Moin Khan: Pakistan “Has All The Ability To Win” Asia Cup 2022

On August 28, Pakistan’s campaign for the 2022 Asia Cup got off to a losing start with a match against India.

Moin Khan, who played for Pakistan in the past as a wicketkeeper, is confident that his country can triumph at the Asia Cup in 2022. Moin remarked that Pakistan has a chance to win the continental cup if they use a “aggressive attitude” and “play together.” He pointed out that Pakistan has broken the “stigma that India is too large a squad” for them. It is important to note that Pakistan has only ever won two titles in the Asia Cup in its whole history. The team captained by Babar Azam kicked off their 2022 Asia Cup campaign on August 28 with a match against their most bitter opponents, India.

“The notion that India has a more formidable team than we do and that we will never be able to defeat them has been disproved. They also made a lot of roster adjustments, which resulted in their team becoming less formidable. We have a fighting chance of taking first place in the competition if we adopt an aggressive strategy and cooperate in our play “according to a comment attributed to Moin in Cricket Pakistan.

A pair of injuries have arisen for Pakistan’s national team in advance of their participation in the Asia Cup. Because of a knee ailment, their star pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi was unable to participate in the competition, and Mohammad Wasim Junior was also unable to attend the event because he had strained his side.

Both Shaheen and Mohammad Wasim were injured while playing for Pakistan. Shaheen was hurt while fielding during the first Test match played against Sri Lanka in Galle, and Mohammad Wasim was hurt while bowling during Pakistan’s practise session.

On the other side, the youthful bowler Naseem Shah was presented with his first Twenty20 International cap on Sunday, just in time for the match against India at the Dubai International Stadium.

Pandya reached his target of 148 runs by scoring 33 runs off of just 17 balls with the assistance of 4 fours and 1 six.
