Major League Cricket Set To Kick-Off From July 2023

Anurag Jain said Major League Cricket will bring professional cricket to Dallas in 2023. “We’re proud that Dallas will have its own Major League Cricket team, playing at a world-class venue for the local cricket community.”

Grand Prairie Stadium, former home of the Texas AirHogs, is being converted to a cricket-specific facility at a cost of $20 million, with permanent seating for 7,200. The venue will have 1,000 club and premium seats and can hold 15,000 for major events. The United States and the West Indies will co-host the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup in 2024.
