Well, that is it from this game. But the action does not stop in the T10 League. Time for the third and last game of the day, between Delhi Bulls and Bangla Tigers. That one is about to begin shortly. Switch tabs and catch all the action from that...
Right then, Kennar Lewis is the Man of the Match.
Earlier, after winning the toss, Pune Devils had opted to field. It was a very disciplined bowling performance from them at the start and in the middle, before Azam came in and landed some valuable blows. That would have been enough had Deccan contained the Pune scoring towards the end. They could not do that and end up losing the match. Stick around for the presentation...
It was a disappointing performance from the Deccan Gladiators' bowling, especially in the last two overs, where they almost had the match by the scruff of its neck. Rampaul, Sunil and Tahir bowled well. But it was the last two overs of Zahoor and captain Kieron which spoiled all the hard work put in by the bowlers earlier.
The Devils started off strongly in the chase. Kohler-Cadmore, the Yorkshire lad, was looking aggressive, with a couple of boundaries, but perished shortly. Then there was a brief period of play where runs were hard to come by. Chadwick tried his best and managed 18 off 11 before departing. Rasooli followed shortly too. It was evenly poised till the end but Lewis clobbered Kieron Pollard for 2 sixes in the first two balls of the last over to chase it down fairly easily.
What a victory for Pune Devils! It was an excellent bowling first-up and in the batting, they would have fancied to finish it off early. But then, they would still be happy with this performance. Kennar Lewis, what a knock! What a performance!

SIX! That's gone a huge distance! 50 up for Kennar Lewis! Slower and in the slot from Pollard, Lewis swings at it and sends it over the long on fence for half a dozen.
11 runs needed in the last over. Surprise, surprise, says Lisa (on air). The big man, Kieron Pollard, has got the ball now. Can he defend 10 runs?

That's beaten all! Length and around off, Lewis looks to play it on the up towards covers but is beaten by the extra bounce. The keeper to fails to collect it as the ball goes to the third man region. A couple of leg byes taken.
Zahoor Khan to bowl the penultimate over. A crucial over this. 26 runs needed in 12 balls.
