Man of the Match
Iftikhar Ahmed
Commentry
Well, that's it from the second ODI then. Babar Azam and Iftikhar Ahmed have made sure that Pakistan wrap this series up in this game and they are up 2-0 in the series. They will be looking to whitewash Zimbabwe in the final ODI of this series. Zimbabwe, on the other hand, will be looking to avoid a whitewashing and will want to win the final game of the ODI series. The third ODI begins at 12 PM local (0700 GMT) on Tuesday, 03 November, 2020. We hope you join us for that game. Until then, take care.
Iftikhar Ahmed is the Man of the Match. He starts off by saying that he has been backing his skill throughout the England tour before this and has continued to do so. Adds that he bowls variations more and looks to do that mostly. Tells that the batting preparation has been good and the team is playing good and that the youngsters have been playing good as well.
The Zimbabwe bowling can’t be blamed, they did not have enough on the board. Chisoro’s spell was a positive for them but the rest of the bowlers had to bow down to the class of Azam.
A very easy win for Pakistan and they have sealed the series. It was never in doubt after they restricted Zimbabwe to a low total courtesy a fifer by Iftikhar. Their batters did their job too with Azam being the star with the bat. He did receive support form Imam and Ali to register a complete performance.

NOT OUT! Ahmed went for the review straightaway and it has worked out for him in the end! Flatter outside off, Ahmed looked to cut this one but misses and the keeper pouches this and get ecstatic. The players appeal and the umpire raises his finger. Ahmed goes for the review. Replays roll in and there is no spike as the ball passes the bat. Ahmed stays on.
Pakistan take the review as they do not think there was a nick on this one. Let's find out what happens.
