Fans are anxiously awaiting Jofra Archer return to the England team, although he is currently rehabilitating from an elbow injury. The right-arm seamer was not selected for the team’s 2023 World Cup squad since he is currently in the recovery process. Archer will fly to India with the World Cup team as a reserve, where he will continue his recovery, according to a significant update. On Monday, September 18, England National Selector Luke Wright reaffirmed this.
Notably, Archer was instrumental in England’s first-ever ODI World Cup victory in 2019 as he bowled the decisive super over and helped his team save 15 runs. The 28-year-old concluded the tournament as the equal third-highest wicket-taker with 20 wickets from 11 games at an average of 23.05 and a 4.57 economy rate.

His return to the IPL was hampered by injuries, as he was limited to just five games and two wickets over the entire season.
Harry Brook is selected for England’s World Cup team at last.
Young swashbuckler Harry Brook, who was not included in the provisional squad that was revealed a few weeks ago, has now been added to England’s World Cup roster. Jason Roy, who missed the four-match ODI series against New Zealand due to back spasms, was replaced by Brook in the lineup.
