The second season of the Legends League will get underway on September 17, following a special match on September 16 between India Maharajas and World Giants that will take place at Eden Gardens in Kolkata. Sourav Ganguly would serve as captain of the India Maharajas, while Eoin Morgan, a former captain of the England cricket team, would lead the World Giants.
This competition will feature players from ten different international locations throughout the world. The next day, September 17, 2022, will mark the beginning of the league, which will include competition between four clubs using a franchise model. The Legends League Cricket Franchise structure will be used. This season will consist of a total of 15 matches in their entirety.
