Former Indian cricket players Yusuf Pathan and Irfan Pathan have established brotherhood objectives both on and off the pitch over the years. At the World Championship of Legends competition in England, they are presently representing India Champions.
Irfan suffered the consequences of the two brothers’ batting-related mix-up during the pivotal group-stage match between the South African and Indian champions. Dale Steyn and Dane Vilas combined to inflict a run-out, catching the younger brother short of his crease. Irfan turned back and gave Yusuf a hard time after being dismissed in such an unpleasant way. The older brother let out his frustration by yelling at Irfan, and he didn’t hold back either.
Fans were shocked by the unexpected change of events, and the video quickly went viral. But on Friday, July 12, Irfan ridiculed the event by posting a funny meme to his social media accounts. “Brothers when they are alone” is the caption on the meme, which features a video of Irfan and Yusuf arguing verbally during their encounter in South Africa.
Subsequently, in the meme, the two brothers were spotted hugging one other on the pitch following the seam-bowling all-rounder’s forehead kiss of the devastating right-handed hitter. The touching video was captioned, “Brothers in front of their parent.” Putting a humorous spin on what typically happens when siblings quarrel in the home, Irfan added, “Brothers, can you relate?” in the caption.
