The top three teams selected by former Indian cricketer Navjot Singh Sidhu to advance to the IPL 2024 playoffs are the Rajasthan Royals, Kolkata Knight Riders, and Chennai Super Kings. Sunrisers Hyderabad and the Mumbai Indians are tied for the fourth slot.
As the race for the IPL 2024 playoffs heats up, the Rajasthan Royals are currently in the lead. As of yet, no team has been eliminated from the running. With 14 points thus far, the Royals have been in complete control. At ten points apiece, the Sunrisers Hyderabad, Lucknow Super Giants, and Kolkata Knight Riders are all knotted. With eight points apiece, the Gujarat Titans, Delhi Capitals, and Chennai Super Kings are also contenders.
“Apne aap ko apne ko choose he kar rahi hai, teen teams ko. Rajasthan Royals ho gaya, KKR ho gayi, and Chennai Super Kings ho gaya. Two teams are playing, although they are not very good. Aisa daav khelne ko dil karta hai chahe kuch bhi ho, Mumbai Sunsetrs Hyderabad, aur ek pata nahi kyu (Indians). Mumbai Indians, in my opinion, always seem to have the resilience to rise above trying circumstances. Jitne thappad maarte jaoge utni he shakt hoti jayegi, choone ki chatt hai vo. Mumbai may be a really dangerous team if they can improve their bowling and Hardik finds his game again. Superb team,” Sidhu remarked in a Star Sports video.
Nothing is more successful than success: Navjot Singh Sidhu
With just three wins, the Mumbai Indians are now seventh in the points chart and are having difficulty being consistent in the ongoing IPL 2024 season. The squad, captained by Hardik Pandya, has been embroiled in a number of issues, and their situation hasn’t gotten any better as they have dropped their opening three games of the year. Sidhu recently shared his thoughts on the speculation that Hardik will take Rohit Sharma’s place as the MI captain.
“It is incomprehensible to everyone that our franchise’s captain is not the national hero and captain of India. “What has he done wrong?” is likely what fans of the franchise are asking themselves. However, what needs to he do? Nothing is as successful as success. There wouldn’t have been any noise if he had won these two matches,” he said.
