India’s Rohit Sharma has said that the team’s opening lineup for the 2022 Asia Cup match against Pakistan is a closely guarded secret

The captain of the Indian cricket team, Rohit Sharma, is known for his ability to provide humorous comments during press conferences. His quick wit has more than once caused the audience to laugh out loud.

At a press conference that Rohit attended the day before India’s much-anticipated match versus Pakistan in the Asia Cup 2022, he was asked about India’s opening combination for the match. Pakistan is India’s most bitter rival. Rishabh Pant and Suryakumar Yadav are two examples of players who have been given opportunities to bat at the top of the order for India in recent years. In the past, Virat Kohli has opened the batting with Rohit Sharma.

However, this competition also marks the comeback of KL Rahul, the top hitter for the Indian Twenty20 International team. He did, however, on to explain the thinking that went into their experiments at the highest levels of the hierarchy.

“See, we have made a decision as a group, and that decision is to experiment with a few different things. Some things will work, while others will not. However, there is no downside to giving it a shot. The only way to find the answers is to put in the effort. If you do not make an effort, you will not receive any responses “Rohit said.
