Now that Gautam Gambhir has been named the next Head Coach of the Indian Cricket Team, the secret is finally out after many rumours and conjecture.
Jay Shah, the secretary of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), announced the news on social media. On June 29, India won the T20 World Cup, marking the conclusion of Rahul Dravid’s time as head coach. The first task for Gambhir will be the white-ball trip of Sri Lanka by India.
