Being selected as the June ICC Men’s Player of the Month makes me very happy. I’m honoured to have this opportunity after an incredible few weeks in the USA and the West Indies. As a team, we have plenty to be proud of, and I’m honoured to be able to add this achievement to the list on my own.
“I will always cherish the memories I made at the tournament—performing as brilliantly as we did and winning the trophy at the end.
“I am honoured to have been selected as the winner, and I would like to congratulate Rahmanullah Gurbaz and my captain Rohit Sharma on their outstanding efforts throughout the same period.
