Fans are blown away by David Warner’s hilarious homage to Shahrukh Khan’s Pathaan

Since it was released on January 25, the newest movie starring Shahrukh Khan, Pathaan, has shattered a number of box office records, and now it has a well-known supporter in the form of David Warner, who plays for the Australian cricket team.

Warner, who is well-known for his internet movies including Indian songs and movie moments, published a humorous video as an homage to the film. The video was posted on his website.

In the video that has been viewed millions of times across social media platforms, Warne superimposed his own face on top of Shahrukh Khan’s face in a number of scenes from the film Pathaan.

Warner accompanied the post that he shared along with the song ‘Besharam Rang’ with the words “Wow what a film, can you name this?? #legend #icon.”

The video was well received by a number of people on Instagram, and India bowler Khaleel Ahmed praised the effort put in by Warner. The opener for Australia had previously tweeted videos of himself dancing to Indian music.

The action-packed thriller, which marked Shah Rukh Khan’s comeback to the big screens after a hiatus of more than four years, went on to become the most successful opening weekend in the history of Hindi film, grossing a record of 55 crore rupees.

As a direct consequence of this, it was successful in breaking the record set by major films such as RRR and KGF 2.

Warner is scheduled to go for India in order to participate in the forthcoming test series, which is scheduled to begin on February 9.

The opener for Australia recently stated that he was worn out as a result of the extended home season during which he competed in the Big Bash League (BBL) for the Sydney Thunder team. Warner also participated in all three Test matches that the Australian cricket team played just before the Big Bash League season began.
