On Tuesday, May 13, cricket star Virat Kohli and his spouse, Anushka Sharma, travelled to Vrindavan to seek the blessings of spiritual master Premanand Govind Sharajn Ji Maharaj. Following their visit to Premanand’s ashram in the holy city of Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh, the pair was spotted at the airport. The power couple was seen leaving for home a few hours after their visit.
After their visit, the couple departed from the ashram and boarded the aircraft. The couple has previously travelled to Premanand Maharaj. The couple and their kids also went to the ashram earlier this year following India’s heartbreaking loss to Australia in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024–2025 1-3 Test series.

Recently retired from Test cricket, Virat Kohli amassed 9,230 runs at an average of 46.85 in 123 Test matches, including 30 hundreds.
He became the most successful red-ball captain in history, leading the Indian side in 68 Test matches and winning 40 of them.
The 2020–2022 Test season saw a decline in the run machine’s performance. Only 190 runs were achieved by the renowned Test cricketer in the five games of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024–25, including a century in the opening match in Perth.
The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025, which begins on May 17 after a week-long break due to cross-border tensions between India and Pakistan, will feature the Delhi-born batsman in action for the duration of the season. Having already scored 505 runs in 11 innings this season, the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) batsman is in outstanding form. Although RCB is in excellent form and only one victory away from qualifying for the playoffs, which might enable them to win their eagerly anticipated first IPL championship, Kohli is in the running to win the Orange Cap for the season.
