Trinidad, Port of Spain, May 17, 2023: Prior to the 2023 Caribbean Premier League (CPL), Bravo has returned to Trinbago Knight Riders. Bravo rejoins the Knight Riders after two years with the St. Kitts & Nevis Patriots, with whom he claimed the 2021 championship.
Dwayne Bravo is the all-time leader in T20 wickets and has taken more wickets than any other player in the CPL with 124 victims in 97 games.
Dwayne Bravo has taken more than 100 wickets for the Knight Riders, making him the franchise’s leading wicket-taker.
From 2013 to 2020, Bravo represented the Trinidad franchise and won the championship four times. Bravo is the most successful player in the annals of the CPL with five titles, and he is synonymous with Trinidad cricket, so his return to his home team will excite Knight Riders fans. During the draft program that will air at the conclusion of June 2023, the complete CPL squads will be announced.
